My Pregnancy and Birth Doula Care Service provides comprehensive support from the date of hire through the early postpartum period (up to six weeks).

Please see below for what this all-inclusive package includes.
1. Pregnancy & Birth Support
A seasoned doula assists a woman throughout pregnancy, enabling her to openly share her needs and perspectives. This guidance aims to transform her aspirations into a reality, fostering a positive and healthy birth journey.
Two Prenatal Visits
Scheduled between 32 to 35 weeks in gestation.
Community Referrals
Access to community services, prenatal care providers, and postpartum resources.
Unlimited Support
From the date of hire, receive unlimited phone, text, and phone support.
Access to Resources
Support and coaching on comfort/labour coping techniques, including use of my TENS machine.
On-Call Support
From 37 weeks onward, I will be your on-call support via phone, video chat, or text message. Once labor is established, I will meet you at the hospital for continuous in-person support throughout active labor until your baby arrives and for up to two hours in recovery.
Lactation Support
Assistance with the first latch/feed (if you choose to breast/chest feed) and newborn care support.
2. Postpartum Support
Our Postpartum Support service is designed to assist you during the critical transition into parenthood, covering the period from birth to six weeks postpartum.
Check-Ins
Regular support during your first week postpartum via text or phone.
Postpartum Visits
1-2 in-person visits: 1 within the first 1-2 weeks after birth, and 1 upon request, focusing on newborn care, emotional support, and transitioning into new parenthood.
Unlimited Support
Access to unlimited phone, text, and email support up to six weeks postpartum.
Resource Referrals
Guidance to postpartum resources.

Payment Details
A 50% deposit is required at the time of hire to secure your dates with me. The remaining 50% will be invoiced after our final postpartum check. Total fees will be subject to a 5% GST.
Cancellation Details
Fees are final and deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are only given if I fail to provide services due to my own error. If I cannot attend your birth due to unforeseen circumstances, a backup doula will be provided.
I firmly believe that every family should have access to unwavering labour support. If budget constraints are a concern but you are keen on doula services, I am more than willing to engage in a discussion with you.
